What the setup fee covers

The setup fee covers business discovery, call flow design, script development, system configuration, integration, testing, launch support, and initial optimization. Standard integrations are included where stated. Custom or restricted integrations receive a separate quote before work begins.

Usage

What counts toward your minutes

Stated up front so a busy month never produces a surprise.

Usage terms

Included minutes reset each billing month and do not roll over. Additional usage is billed at $0.50 per minute. CoworkBridge will notify the customer when usage regularly exceeds the selected plan and recommend the most appropriate service level.

Transferred calls

Counted, up to the moment the call transfers to your line. Time you spend on the call after the transfer is not counted.

Spam and robocalls

Not counted. Calls identified as spam or automated are screened and excluded from your minutes.

Voicemail calls

Counted. A caller who leaves a message with the AI Front Desk uses included minutes for the length of that message.

Partial minutes

Rounded up to the next whole minute per call, not per month.

Outbound follow up calls

Counted on AI Front Desk Plus, which is the only plan that places outbound calls. Text and email follow up do not use call minutes.

What makes this different

More than answering software

Prospects will compare us with $49 a month answering software. Here is the actual difference.

Self service software

You are the integrator

You write the script, you connect the calendar, you test it, you fix it when it drifts, and you find out it broke when a customer tells you.

CoworkBridge

We are the integrator

Your AI Front Desk is configured around your business, services, service area, call rules, frequently asked questions, appointment process, and lead qualification requirements. CoworkBridge handles setup, testing, monitoring, reporting, and ongoing adjustments.

Sample call transcript

What a booked job sounds like

AI Front DeskThanks for calling Rivera Plumbing. This call is handled by an AI assistant and may be recorded for quality. How can I help?
CallerHi, my water heater is leaking. Do you do replacements?
AI Front DeskWe do, tank and tankless both. Replacements usually start around $1,400 installed, and we would confirm after seeing it. Is water actively coming out right now?
CallerIt is dripping, not flooding.
AI Front DeskGood, that is not an emergency call out. I can get someone to you Thursday morning. Would 9am work?
CallerThursday works.
AI Front DeskCan I get your name and the service address?
CallerDana Reyes, 118 Mill Street.
AI Front DeskBooked. Dana Reyes, 118 Mill Street, Thursday at 9am for a water heater assessment and likely replacement. You will get a text confirmation in a moment. Anything else?
CallerThat is all, thanks.

Live demonstration

Hear it on your own numbers

The most useful demonstration is one configured with your services, your pricing, and your service area, because that is what tells you whether it can handle your callers. Request one and we will set it up and call you from it.

TODO: a public demonstration line is not live yet. When it is, it replaces this button.

What every caller hears first

The spoken disclosure

“This call is being handled by an AI assistant and may be recorded or transcribed for service and quality purposes. By continuing, you consent to the use of this system.”

Risk on us for thirty days

Thirty day out on the AI, inside the twelve month agreement

If the AI Front Desk is not performing within thirty days of going live, tell us and we take it off your bill. You keep the website at its plan price, you owe nothing further for the AI, and we do not claw back the waived setup fee. The twelve month agreement continues on the website portion only.

We can offer this because the cost of building your call flow is our time, not money we have already spent with someone else. If we get it wrong, that is our problem to carry, not yours.

The ladder, stated plainly

Where AI Front Desk Plus becomes the cheaper plan

At 300 included minutes plus $0.50 per minute, AI Front Desk costs $397 at 500 minutes and $497 at 700 minutes. AI Front Desk Plus is $497 flat for 1,000 minutes. So the crossover is 700 minutes a month. Below that, the base plan plus overage is cheaper. Above it, Plus is. We watch your usage and tell you when you cross, rather than letting the overage build.

Usage based, not a feature grid

When Essential stops being the cheaper choice

Essential is $469 and includes 300 minutes. At 500 minutes you would pay $100 in additional usage, so the month comes to $569. Complete is $649, only $80 more, and it adds direct appointment booking, customer text confirmation, and another 500 included minutes. We tell you when your usage reaches that point rather than letting the overage build.

The objection nobody asks out loud

Can it say something that costs me money?

You write the rules and we build them into the script. The assistant quotes only the ranges you approve and says they are subject to inspection. It never gives a firm price, never commits to a time window outside the availability you set, and never agrees to scope. When a caller pushes past what it is allowed to answer, it says so, takes the details, and texts you: “That one I would rather have the owner confirm. Let me take your details and he will call you back.” We review the transcripts monthly and tighten anything that drifted.

Support commitment

When we are available

Critical support is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time, excluding federal holidays.

Critical booking, routing, availability, or call flow issues are acknowledged within one hour. CoworkBridge will correct the issue or place the affected function into a safe fallback within four business hours.

Outside the support window, approved fallback rules remain active. Critical reports are reviewed when the next business support window begins.

Standard script, service, scheduling, and website changes keep the two business day turnaround, handled one at a time in the order received.

How it works

Four steps, and only one of them needs your time

Step 1

Business Discovery

We learn how your business handles calls, leads, appointments, service areas, and common customer questions.

Step 2

Build and Configure

We create your website, call flow, scripts, integrations, and lead capture process.

Step 3

Test and Launch

We test common customer scenarios, confirm routing and scheduling, and launch the service.

Step 4

Monitor and Improve

We review performance, adjust responses, and improve the system based on real customer interactions.

AI questions

The ones worth asking

Can it say something that costs me money?

You write the rules and we build them into the script. The assistant quotes only the ranges you approve and says they are subject to inspection. It never gives a firm price, never commits to a time window outside the availability you set, and never agrees to scope. What if the AI is not performing?

If the AI Front Desk is not performing within thirty days of going live, tell us and we take it off your bill. You keep the website at its plan price, you owe nothing further for the AI, and we do not claw back the waived setup fee. The twelve month agreement continues on the website portion only. We can offer this because the cost of building your call flow is our time, not money we have already spent with someone else. If we get it wrong, that is our problem to carry, not yours.

Will callers know it is an AI?

Yes, and we tell them. Every call opens with a spoken disclosure. We never present the system as a named employee, and if a caller asks for a person it takes the message and texts you immediately.

What happens if it does not know the answer?

It says so, takes the name, telephone number, and what they wanted, and texts you the summary. We set the boundaries during configuration, so it never guesses about pricing or commitments you have not approved.

Do I have to change my telephone number?

No. We forward your existing line, or give the AI Front Desk its own number, whichever you prefer. Your number stays yours and ports out on request.

What happens during an outage?

Calls fall back to your own line or to voicemail according to the failover rule set during configuration. Configuring that rule is part of setup, not an add on. See the Service Availability Terms.

What happens to my recordings and customer list if I leave?

They export to you on request at any time in a standard format. Call recordings, transcripts, customer lists, and review history. Retention periods are published on the Data Retention Policy page.

Can I get the AI Front Desk without a website from you?

Yes. Base is $497 setup plus $297 per month, Plus is $997 setup plus $497 per month. You miss the bundles, which waive the setup fee and take $25 or $45 off every month.
