Requests are handled one at a time in the order received. Starter includes 2 hours of production work each month, Business 4 hours, Growth Partner 8 hours. Standard turnaround is two business days. Unused hours do not roll over. Anything beyond your included hours is $95 per hour, quoted and approved before we start.
