No hostage terms, no mystery invoices
You own your domain
We register it in your legal business name, with your email and your payment method. You are the official registrant and you keep it no matter what happens between us.
We pay for hosting
Managed hosting, security, backups, and our standard toolset are included in your monthly price. Unusual traffic and third party services are billed separately and only with your approval.
You can cancel
Month to month plans can be canceled with written notice before the next billing date. Annual agreements remain active through the agreed twelve month term, then continue month to month and can be canceled with 30 days written notice.
You can take the website with you
There is no transfer fee and there never was a good reason for one. Ask at any time, staying or going, and your website files are exported and handed over at no charge. Your content, images, logo, and domain are yours from day one. Call recordings, transcripts, customer lists, and review history export the same way.

Every fee is published
Setup fees, monthly prices, production hours, the hourly rate beyond them, and the per minute overage rate are all on the pricing page. You will not find out about a cost on an invoice.
What we build on and what we connect to
Websites
Fast static builds for Starter sites. WordPress for Business and Growth Partner sites where a blog and content editor are needed. Migrations from Wix, Squarespace, GoDaddy, and older WordPress installations.
Hosting
Managed hosting on enterprise infrastructure with SSL, daily monitoring, and monthly backups. Paid by CoworkBridge as part of your plan.
Calendars
Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook. Other scheduling tools are reviewed during discovery and quoted if custom work is required.
Customer relationship management
Standard integrations with common small business systems. Restricted or custom platforms receive a separate quote before work begins.
Telephone
Your existing number is forwarded, or the AI Front Desk is given its own number. Your number stays yours and ports out on request.
What your callers are told
Every call answered by an AI Front Desk line opens with this, before any information is collected:
“This call is being handled by an AI assistant and may be recorded or transcribed for service and quality purposes. By continuing, you consent to the use of this system.”
A caller who does not want to be recorded can say so, and the assistant takes a message without recording or transfers to a person where transfer rules allow. Wording can be adjusted for your states.
Why we do not hold websites hostage
The standard playbook in this industry is to make the site go dark the moment you cancel, then charge a reactivation fee to turn it back on. It works, in the sense that people keep paying. It also means every customer you have is a customer who feels trapped, and trapped customers tell other people about it.
We took that off the table. After six paid months the files are yours for free. The reason to stay with CoworkBridge should be that your website is fast, your phone gets answered, and your leads get chased, not that leaving would break your business.
If we ever stop earning the monthly fee, you should be able to walk in an afternoon. That is a healthy amount of pressure to put on ourselves.
