No hostage terms, no mystery invoices
You own your domain
We register it in your legal business name, with your email and your payment method. You are the official registrant and you keep it no matter what happens between us.
We pay for hosting
Managed hosting, security, backups, and our standard toolset are included in your monthly price. Unusual traffic and third party services are billed separately and only with your approval.
You can cancel
Month to month plans can be canceled with written notice before the next billing date. A twelve month agreement covers all services in the selected plan for the full term, then continues month to month and can be canceled with 30 days written notice. Stopping or reducing use of a service does not reduce the agreed monthly payments during that term. If you end the agreement early, the remaining monthly fees for the selected plan are due, excluding amounts already paid for those periods. There is no separate cancellation fee or recovery of a waived setup fee. Termination for an uncured breach remains governed by the Customer Service Agreement.
You can take the website with you
Your domain, content, and business data remain yours. Finished website files export free on request at any time, and you can host and maintain the site elsewhere. Embedded CoworkBridge components remain licensed for use with your website; third-party license terms still apply. Export does not remove remaining contract payments. Additional migration work requires a separately approved quote. Call data can also be exported in a standard format.
Your call data stays yours
Call recordings, transcripts, customer lists, and review history export to you on request at any time, in a standard format. Your telephone number ports out on request.
Every fee is published
Setup fees, monthly prices, production hours, the hourly rate beyond them, and the per minute overage rate are all on the pricing page. You will not find out about a cost on an invoice.
What we build on and what we connect to
Websites
Fast static builds for Starter sites. WordPress for Business and Growth Partner sites where a blog and content editor are needed. Migrations from Wix, Squarespace, GoDaddy, and older WordPress installations.
Hosting
Managed hosting on enterprise infrastructure with SSL, daily monitoring, and monthly backups. Paid by CoworkBridge as part of your plan.
Calendars
Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook. Other scheduling tools are reviewed during discovery and quoted if custom work is required.
Customer relationship management
Standard integrations with common small business systems. Restricted or custom platforms receive a separate quote before work begins.
Telephone
Your existing number is forwarded, or the AI Front Desk is given its own number. Your number stays yours and ports out on request.
Why we do not hold websites hostage
The standard playbook in this industry is to make the site go dark the moment you cancel, then charge a reactivation fee to turn it back on. It works, in the sense that people keep paying. It also means every customer you have is a customer who feels trapped, and trapped customers tell other people about it.
