How CoworkBridge collects, uses, and protects personal information from website visitors, customers, and callers.
Who we are
CoworkBridge builds and manages websites and AI front office systems for small businesses. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It covers this website, the websites we host for customers, and the AI Front Desk service.
Information we collect
From visitors to this website
- Information you type into a form, including your name, business name, telephone number, email address, current website, and anything you write in a message field.
- Anything you type into the Site Assistant chat widget, including a name and telephone number if you provide one.
- Standard server and analytics information such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from your network address, referring website, and browser type.
From callers to an AI Front Desk line
- Telephone number, and any name, address, service details, and appointment preferences the caller provides.
- Call audio recordings and written transcripts, where recording is enabled for that customer.
- Call metadata such as date, time, duration, and how the call was routed.
From customers
- Business and billing contact details, service agreement records, and payment records. Card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored by CoworkBridge.
- Content you provide for your website, including text, images, and logos.
Why we collect it
- To respond to your request and provide a quote or a free homepage preview.
- To operate the AI Front Desk, answer calls, capture leads, and book appointments on your behalf.
- To produce the call summaries, transcripts, and monthly reports included in your plan.
- To monitor quality, improve the accuracy of call handling, and troubleshoot problems.
- To bill for services and keep required business records.
Who controls caller information
When CoworkBridge answers calls on behalf of a customer business, that business is the controller of the caller information and CoworkBridge is the processor acting on its instructions. Callers who want their information removed should contact the business they called. CoworkBridge will act on a verified deletion instruction from that business.
Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers that make the service work, and only to the extent needed. See the Third Party Service Disclosure for the categories involved. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross context behavioral advertising.
We may disclose information where required by law, to enforce a service agreement, or to protect the rights or safety of a person.
How long we keep it
See the Data Retention Policy for periods by data type.
Your choices
- You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
- Customers can export call recordings, transcripts, customer lists, and review history at any time on request, in a standard format.
- You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. See the Text Message Consent Terms.
- Depending on where you live you may have additional rights, including the right to appeal a refused request. Contact us and we will tell you what applies.
Children
This service is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls, and vendor agreements to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not promise that it is.
Changes
We will post changes to this page and update the date below. Material changes affecting customers will be sent by email.
