Text Message Consent Terms
When CoworkBridge sends text messages, what consent it relies on, and how to stop them.
When we send text messages
CoworkBridge sends text messages in three situations:
- To a customer business. Call summaries, missed call alerts, support replies, and service notices about your own account.
- To a caller, on behalf of a customer business. Appointment confirmations and reminders, a missed call text response, and follow up about the specific service the caller asked about. This is available on AI Front Desk Plus.
- To a website visitor. Only where you gave a telephone number and asked to be contacted.
Consent
By giving a telephone number to CoworkBridge or to an AI Front Desk line, you agree to receive text messages related to the service you asked about. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of purchase.
These are transactional and service messages. CoworkBridge does not send marketing texts to callers on behalf of customer businesses, and it does not sell or share telephone numbers with anyone for their own marketing.
How to stop them
Reply STOP to any message to stop all further messages from that number. Reply HELP for assistance. You can also call 703-635-7632 or email michael@coworkbridge.com and ask to be removed.
Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with your activity. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Customer responsibilities
A customer business that turns on follow up messaging is responsible for the content and timing of the messages sent on its behalf, and for complying with the telemarketing and messaging rules that apply to its trade and its states. CoworkBridge configures the message content with the customer and will not send content the customer has not approved.
Privacy
See the Privacy Policy for how telephone numbers are stored and how long they are kept.
