Terms of Service

The terms that govern CoworkBridge website plans, AI Front Desk service, and automation work.

Definitions

Artificial Intelligence (AI). Where these terms refer to AI, they mean automated software systems that generate speech and text responses from a configuration built for the customer. The customer facing product name is AI Front Desk. Elsewhere on this site and in reporting, AI Front Desk is used as the product name without further definition.

Agreement

These terms apply to the CoworkBridge website plans, the AI Front Desk service, and automation work. A signed service agreement or an accepted written quote takes precedence where the two differ.

Plans, fees, and billing

  • Prices published on this website are valid for 90 days from the date shown. Existing customers are not repriced during a term.
  • Setup fees are charged before work begins. Monthly fees are charged in advance on your billing date.
  • Month to month service requires the listed setup fee and continues until canceled according to this agreement.
  • The setup fee is waived with a twelve month agreement. The customer agrees to twelve monthly payments.
  • Additional production work beyond your included monthly hours is billed at $95 per hour, quoted and approved in writing before work starts.
  • Additional AI usage beyond your included minutes is billed at $0.50 per minute. See the usage terms on the pricing page.
  • Late payment may result in suspension of service after written notice.

Cancellation

Month to month plans can be canceled with written notice before the next billing date. Annual agreements remain active through the agreed twelve month term, then continue month to month and can be canceled with 30 days written notice. There are no cancellation penalties beyond the remaining term of an annual agreement.

What you own

  • Your domain is registered in your legal business name with your email and your payment method. You are the registrant.
  • Your content, images, and logo are yours.
  • Your website files transfer to you at no charge on request, at any time, whether you are staying or leaving. There is no transfer fee.
  • Call recordings, transcripts, customer lists, and review history export to you on request at any time in a standard format. Your telephone number ports out on request.

What we own

CoworkBridge retains ownership of its own tooling, templates, internal prompts, configuration methods, and reporting systems. Nothing in this agreement transfers those to the customer.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate business information, pricing, and service details, and tell us when they change.
  • Hold the rights to any content, images, and logos you give us.
  • Comply with the law that applies to your business, including any licensing, advertising, and consumer protection rules for your trade.
  • Give the disclosures your state requires for recorded and AI handled calls. We provide the standard disclosure described in the Call Recording Disclosure, and you are responsible for confirming it meets your obligations.

Acceptable use

The service may not be used for unlawful activity, for content that infringes someone else's rights, or to place calls or messages that violate telemarketing law. We may suspend service for a violation.

Disclaimers and limits

The AI Front Desk is an automated system. It can misunderstand a caller, and it will not always be correct. It is not a substitute for professional judgment, and it must not be relied on for emergency dispatch, medical direction, or safety critical instruction. Services are provided as is, without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law.

To the extent the law allows, CoworkBridge's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim arose, and CoworkBridge is not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.

Changes to these terms

We will give customers at least 30 days written notice of a material change. Continuing to use the service after that notice means you accept the change.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law rules. Confirm this is correct for your entity before publishing.
