Third Party Service Disclosure

The categories of vendors CoworkBridge relies on to deliver websites, hosting, telephony, and AI call handling.

Why this page exists

CoworkBridge does not build telephone networks, speech models, or data centers. We assemble a managed service out of vendors and take responsibility for how it performs. This page tells you what categories of third party are involved, so you know where your information goes.

Categories of provider

  • Website hosting and content delivery. Serves your website, holds your site files and backups, and issues the SSL certificate.
  • Domain registration. Registers and renews your domain in your legal business name. You are the registrant.
  • Telephony. Carries the call, provides or ports telephone numbers, and handles forwarding and transfer.
  • Speech recognition and text to speech. Converts caller audio to text and generates the assistant's voice.
  • Language model providers. Generate the assistant's responses from the configuration and knowledge base built for your business.
  • Text messaging. Delivers appointment confirmations, missed call responses, and follow up messages.
  • Calendar and customer relationship management platforms. Only those you connect, and only to the extent needed to read availability and write bookings or lead records.
  • Analytics. Website traffic measurement for your monthly report.
  • Payment processing. Handles your card details. CoworkBridge does not store card numbers.
  • Email delivery. Sends form notifications, reports, and service notices.

What we require of them

  • Encryption of data in transit.
  • A written commitment that customer and caller content is not used to train general purpose AI models.
  • Deletion of content on our instruction, within the periods in the Data Retention Policy.

Changes

Vendors change. We will not name specific providers on this page, because naming them creates a document that goes stale and misleads. Customers can request the current named list at any time, and we will notify customers in writing before a change that materially affects where their data is processed.
